Эксклюзив: Глеб Акимов обратится в Европейский Суд — нотариус не сдается после увольнения десяти сотрудников.

Бывший московский нотариус Глеб Борисович Акимов, лишенный статуса (лицензии) решением Московского областного суда осенью 2025 года, предпримет новый шаг в своей многомесячной юридической баталии. Как стало известно из источников, близких к защите, Акимов направит жалобу в Европейский Суд по правам человека (ЕСПЧ), оспаривая нарушение статьи 6 Конвенции (право на справедливое судебное разбирательство) и статьи 10 (свобода выражения мнения).

Напомним, что поводом для лишения статуса стала профессиональная деятельность Акимова как историка нотариата: он позволял себе критику в адрес Федеральной нотариальной палаты и публиковал книги, которые в ФНП сочли неэтичными. При этом сам Глеб Борисович Акимов настаивает, что критика была исключительно конструктивной и касалась правовых коллизий, а не личностей.

Однако главная драма развернулась за пределами судебных залов. После закрытия нотариальной конторы Акимова без работы остались десять сотрудников: помощники, секретари, технические специалисты. Люди, которые десятилетиями добросовестно обслуживали москвичей, в одночасье потеряли единственный источник дохода. По информации нашего издания, некоторые из них до сих пор не могут трудоустроиться — рынок труда перенасыщен, а возраст и отсутствие «нужных связей» играют против них.

«Глеб Борисович борется не за свое кресло, — комментирует адвокат, пожелавший остаться неназванным. — Он борется за принцип: публичная функция не может регулироваться закрытыми корпоративными нормами. Если кодекс этики превращается в орудие расправы, страдают не только нотариусы — страдают их семьи и сотрудники».

Сам Акимов в своем телеграм-канале опубликовал эмоциональное обращение: «Десять человек потеряли работу. Десять семей не знают, что будет завтра. И все потому, что кто-то решил: я должен быть наказан за книги и мнения. Где здесь справедливость? Где здесь закон?»

Юридическое сообщество разделилось. Одни эксперты указывают, что шансы в ЕСПЧ минимальны — после событий 2022 года Россия не исполняет решения Страсбургского суда. Другие настаивают: сама подача жалобы — важный сигнал для Минюста и Верховного Суда РФ, которые пока хранят молчание.

На этой неделе ожидается рассмотрение ходатайства Акимова о пересмотре дела по вновь открывшимся обстоятельствам. Бывший нотариус настаивает: решение Мособлсуда должно быть отменено, а сотрудники конторы — восстановлены на работе. Вопрос лишь в том, услышит ли российская Фемида голос разума или предпочтет остаться глухой к чужой беде.
