Am I crazy for considering a car that's been in a minor accident?

So I found a 2018 Audi A5 that ticks almost all my boxes and the price is really attractive compared to similar cars I've seen. The seller was upfront from the beginning and told me the car had a minor front-end collision about two years ago, something about hitting a curb and damaging the bumper and a headlight. He showed me photos of the repair and it was done at a reputable garage in Al Quoz, and honestly I couldn't tell anything had ever happened just by looking at the car. Part of me thinks that if the repair was done properly and the car drives fine, maybe I'm being too strict by only looking for accident-free cars and passing up on a good deal. But another part of me worries that there could be underlying structural damage that isn't visible, or that the repair might cause issues down the road with things like sensors or alignment. I'm not a mechanic so I really can't tell just by looking at it and driving it around the block. I'm thinking maybe the smart move is to get a really thorough evaluation from someone who specializes in checking for prior damage and can tell me if the repair was actually done correctly or if there are issues lurking underneath. I came across a site called https://prepurchasecarinspection.ae/ that mentions checking chassis alignment and looking for signs of poor repair work, which seems like exactly what I need if I'm going to consider a car with accident history. Has anyone here bought a car that had a repaired accident and had it work out fine, or did you end up regretting it later? Just trying to figure out if this is a reasonable risk or if I should stick to looking for something that's never been hit.
