А — безусловно годен.
Б — годен с незначительными ограничениями.
В — ограниченная годность, освобождение от службы в мирное время.
Г — временно непригоден, предоставляется отсрочка.
Д — полное освобождение.

Отдельная категория — это состояние психики. Одним из оснований для освобождения является смешанное расстройство личности. Диагноз проявляется сочетанием признаков нескольких личностных расстройств, влияющих на социальное поведение. В соответствии с перечнем болезней, при таком диагнозе призывник обычно получает категорию В или Д, в зависимости от степени нарушения.
 
Как подтвердить диагноз
 
Чтобы диагноз был принят во внимание, необходимо предоставить документы: заключения врача, заключения психиатра, психологические тесты. При официальном подтверждении, он получает освобождение или отсрочку.
