Recorrido: Cotiones - Ventaniella - Hayedo de La Salguerosa - Majada de La Salguerosa - Llobil Cimeru - Majada del Xerru - Ventaniella - Cotiones
Distancia: 15,1 km
Desnivel acumulado: 970 m.
Altitud máxima: 1673 m.
Altitud mínima: 998 m.




Partimos de la carretera PO-1 que parte de Sobrefoz con dirección a Ventaniella, dejamos el vehículo donde finaliza el asfalto, unos 2 km. antes de Ventaniella en las cercanías de la cabaña de Cotiones, pero antes hemos llegado a Sobrefoz por la carretera que pasa por Abiegos y que cruza el cañón de la sierra de Soberu pasando junto a la cascada de Brañalosu



Sobrefoz y el Tiatordos, si no conocéis Sobrefoz os recomiendo que lo visitéis es un pueblo precioso

Majada de La Bustariega, aún desde la carretera Sobrefoz-Ventaniella


Al poco de iniciar la ruta nos encontramos con esta preciosa cascada en el Salto del Ladrón


Después de algo más de 2 km. de pista pasamos junto al caserío de Ventaniella y su ermita.

Continuamos por la pista que se adentra en el bosque, dejando a nuestra izquierda la que va al puerto de Ventaniella, luego volveremos por ella.

Ahora toca disfrutar del bosque hasta llegar a la majada de La Salguerosa

La subido al Llobil Cimeru (1673 m.) (a la izquierda en la foto anterior) es opcional, no tiene ninguna dificultad excepto la pindia ladera por la que debemos ascender.

Volvemos a bajar a la majada de La Salguerosa para seguir nuestra ruta internándonos de nuevo en el bosque, camino del puerto de Ventaniella para completar nuestro circuito, aunque no llegaremos hasta el puerto, un poco antes nos desviaremos para llegar entre la niebla a la
Majada del Xerru


Ya solo queda bajar por la pista hasta el caserío de Ventaniella y después continuar hasta donde hemos dejado el vehículo para completar los 15 km. de ruta, pero antes una última foto del río Ponga

Impresionante como de costumbre! Sobran las palabras y faltan los adjetivos para describir una ruta taaaaan bonita!  :aplause: :aplause: :aplause: Me ha prestao mucho ver la foto en la que aparece el Abedular porque tengo intención de subirlo a la mínima que se me presente un buen día para ir. El año pasado subí el Remelende (justo al otro lado de la carretera del Tarna) y me encantaron las vistas y por eso le tengo ganas al Abedular.
Impresonante tambien el zoom hacia el Espigüete! Menuda mole!

Lo cierto es que hay fotos muy bonitas!!!! Realmente verde todo, Asturias es. Sobre el Espiguete, parece que es tan lejos, pero como destaca esa montaña solitaria desde muchos sitios de la cordillera.
