Q7 battery warning came on - where do other Audi owners go?

My Q7 flashed up a battery warning this morning on the way to work, something about low voltage and then the start-stop system stopped working. I know these Audis are sensitive with all their electronics and I've heard horror stories about people getting the wrong battery fitted and ending up with warning lights everywhere. I'm looking for Professional Audi battery replacement in Abu Dhabi from someone who actually understands these cars and knows about coding the new battery to the car's system. Found a place online that specialises in Audi battery replacement and they mention having technicians who use the proper diagnostic equipment to register the new battery and check the charging system . Has anyone used them or can recommend a reliable place that won't just throw in any battery and call it done? I'm in Al Raha Beach so somewhere that can come to me or has a decent workshop would be ideal.
